400g of dried chickpeas (soaked overnight)
4 tbs aquafaba (the liquid from the chickpea soak)
1/2 cup tahini
1/3 cup olive oil
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
1 garlic clove, minced
2. Add olive oil and spices and mix until evenly combined
