Coleslaw Recipe

Crunchy almonds and piquant cranberries invigorate this classic accompaniment and create a stand-alone meal

Prep time: 20 minutes


For the dressing

  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons of organic honey
  • ¾ teaspoon of sea salt flakes
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • ¼ cup of olive oil

The Salad



  • Step 1

Whisk together the first 5 ingredients. Gradually add oil in a slow steady stream, whisking constantly until blended.

  • Step 2

Add the prepped salad ingredients to a large bowl and mix well. Drizzle the dressing over top and toss to coat thoroughly.

Serve and enjoy!
