We currently ship Australia wide and the information provided below is for shipping within Australia.Australian Shipping Guidelines: We usually dispatch orders within 24 hours of receipt of order. Delivery times vary depending on your location within Australia. Orders received after 2pm on Friday or on weekends will be processed at the beginning of the following Monday morning, unless it’s a public holiday, in which case it’ll be processed on the next workday.
Shipping charges when ordering online are fixed. Please check online for the most current price, which will appear in the cart (once an item has been added to the cart).
All other shipping charges are based on what we pay at the time of dispatch. Please check what the shipping charge to your address will be prior to placing your order.
All orders being sent to PO Box addresses can only be shipped via Australia Post. Orders can be picked up from our factory (Mon – Fri, 8am – 2:30pm) – please contact us to arrange this.
Occasionally, items go missing or are damaged in transit. Nothing will leave 2die4 Live Foods in a damaged state, as our transport companies would not accept them. Once goods have left our premises they are the responsibility of the freight company.
2die4 Live Foods will be happy to assist with tracking and resolving any transport issues, but we are not responsible or liable for damage or loss brought about by freight companies. The customer is not relieved of any obligation to accept or pay for goods by reason of any delay in delivery or dispatch.
All goods must be checked on receipt. If what you receive from us is unsatisfactory, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt, and we will arrange a return or credit based on our Returns and Credits Policy.
2die4 Live Foods will deliver your orders to you at the delivery address specified by you. As we cannot control the conditions under which the goods we sell will be used, 2die4 Live Foods cannot be responsible for damages of any nature resulting from the use of our goods. No expressed or implied warranties are given other than those implied as mandatory by Commonwealth, State or Territory legislation.
By taking delivery of our goods, the Customer is deemed to be bound by our terms and conditions.

If for any reason you’re not happy with the quality of a product of ours that you have bought, please let us know immediately and we’ll replace it.
Please NOTE: Claims should be made within 48hrs of delivery and no later than 30 days after delivery.
It’s unlikely, but we may request the goods in question be returned to us in their original packaging for inspection. In this case credits will only be made after the product has been received and inspected by us.
If you have ordered a product by accident, we are happy to exchange it if you notify us within 48 hours of receiving it. In this case we will ask you to return the product to us unopened and we will send you a product of your choice up to the same value. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Returns Procedure: Please contact us by email: email@example.com or phone/ text: 0411 204 588 and we’ll arrange a replacement or return or both. If emailing, please include a photo where applicable of any product concerns.
Quarantine. Each state and territory within Australia has its own quarantine laws and lists of permissible plant/food items that can be sent across state or territory boundaries. The onus is on you, the customer, to know and understand these laws and only order what you know can be imported into your state or territory. Quarantine inspectors may open packages that are of concern and will confiscate items that aren’t permissible.
