Salad w Buckwheat & Pistachios

It was so lovely when our Brand Ambassador, Kelly Alexander, came to visit us at 2die4 Live Foods this week.  We gave her a tour of the factory and shared some secrets of yet to be released products 🤫  This salad is one of the most popular recipes Kelly makes for her clients. We are so grateful we can share it with you!


Serves 2

1 cup of activated buckwheat

1 cup of massaged kale

1 avocado diced

3 tablespoons chopped parsley

1 chili finely sliced (optional depending on taste!)

3 tablespoons chopped activated pistachios

1 small head of broccoli florets lightly steamed

½ cup edamame beans shelled

Tahini Dressing

1 tablespoon tahini

½ tablespoon lemon

1 teaspoon nutritional yeast

1 teaspoon tamari

2-3 tablespoons water to thin

Mix all the salad ingredients together in a large bowl.

Mix all of the dressing ingredients together in a small mug or bowl until you reach a smooth and creamy consistency.

Mix the dressing through the salad, season to taste and then split between two bowls.

Top with extra lemon and activated pistachios.
