Trio Coconut Chia Pudding

This creamy coconut chia pudding is perfect for those run-out-the-door mornings. We love this coconut chia pudding recipe because it's so easy, tasty, and packed full of nutrients. Top with seasonal fruit and activated nuts for a well-balanced breakfast. 

Ingredients

1 Cup Organic Chia Seeds

2 Cup Filtered Water

3 Tbsp Organic Coconut Milk Powder

1 Tbsp Organic Coconut Sugar

1 Tsp Cinnamon

 

Method

  1. Place chia seeds, filtered water, organic milk powder, coconut sugar & cinnamon in a bowl, stir to combine. Seal and refrigerate overnight or until set.
