We love a super simple snack recipe! We sent some goodies to Kirstie at @themobilenutritionist and she got straight to work. She has added matcha powder and activated pistachios to her Bliss Balls recipe...genius!
Ingredients:
1 cup 2die4 Live Foods Activated Organic Cashews
1 cup desiccated coconut
5 dates
3 tbsp almond butter
2 tbsp matcha
2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
To coat:
1/4 cup 2die4 Live Foods Activated Pistachios, chopped
Method:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender reserving chopped pistachios for coating
2. Roll mixture into balls then roll in chopped pistachios
3. Enjoy!
