Ingredients:
- 1 cup 2die4 Activated Cashews
- ¼ cup filtered water
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp organic onion powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil (optional, for extra creaminess)
- Herbs like chives, parsley, or thyme (optional)
Method:
- Place activated cashews, water, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, nutritional yeast, garlic, salt, and onion powder in a blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, adding more water if needed for the desired consistency.
- Taste and adjust seasoning.
- Transfer to a bowl and stir in finely chopped fresh herbs if desired.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
