Health Benefits
Coconut is packed full of MCTs, healthy fats which are readily absorbed and provide an instant source of energy and are a great source of fibre for healthy digestion.
They contain high amounts of manganese, which is important for bone health and the metabolism of carbohydrates and proteins. Coconuts also contain copper and iron, which assist in the production of red blood cells, as well as other essential minerals. They are a fantastic natural source of selenium and other antioxidants.
Research suggests including coconut products in your diet can improve digestive health, assist in weight loss, improve brain function, enhance immunity, help to stabilise blood sugar, and aid overall heart health.

Other Uses
Coconut oil is a great moisturiser for your hair and skin!
Hair Care
Just massage 1-2 tsp into the scalp and hair and leave for 15 – 30 minutes before shampooing. Coconut oil is easily absorbed onto the hair, adding protein while improving strength and condition. It also helps to condition the skin of the scalp and protects against dryness and dandruff.
You can also use organic coconut oil as a conditioner after shampooing, to replace protein and oils stripped out of the hair by the shampoo. After drying your hair, simply rub a very small amount of oil into the palms and then massage into the hair from the tips upwards, and brush or comb through for a healthy lustrous shine that never looks or feels greasy.
Skin Care
Have softer, younger looking skin by switching from artificial skin creams and chemical conditioners to pure, natural, premium grade organic coconut oil.
