Ingredients
For the dressing
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons of organic honey
- ¾ teaspoon of sea salt flakes
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- ¼ cup of olive oil
The Salad
- ¼ small red cabbage (shredded)
- ¼ small white cabbage (shredded)
- 1 cup of organic dried cranberries
- 2 spring onions (sliced)
- 2 celery ribs (sliced)

Method
- Step 1
Whisk together the first 5 ingredients. Gradually add oil in a slow steady stream, whisking constantly until blended.
- Step 2
Add the prepped salad ingredients to a large bowl and mix well. Drizzle the dressing over top and toss to coat thoroughly.
