Activated Nut & Seed Granola

A crunchy, nutrient-packed granola that’s perfect for breakfast or snacking! 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup 2die4 Activated Almonds (chopped) 
  • 1 cup 2die4 Activated Cashews (chopped) 
  • ½ cup 2die4 Activated Walnuts (chopped) 
  • ½ cup pumpkin seeds 
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds 
  • ¼ cup shredded coconut 
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds 
  • 2 tbsp flaxseeds 
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil (melted) 
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup or raw honey 
  • 1 tsp cinnamon 
  • ½ tsp sea salt 

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 150°C. 
  2. In a large bowl, mix the activated nuts, seeds, shredded coconut, chia seeds, and flaxseeds. 
  3. In a small saucepan, warm the coconut oil, maple syrup (or honey), cinnamon, and sea salt until combined. 
  4. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well. 
  5. Spread evenly on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. 
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally until golden brown.  
  7. Let cool completely before storing in an airtight container. 

Enjoy with yoghurt, plant-based milk, or as a crunchy topping for smoothie bowls!
