A crunchy, nutrient-packed granola that’s perfect for breakfast or snacking!
Ingredients
- 1 cup 2die4 Activated Almonds (chopped)
- 1 cup 2die4 Activated Cashews (chopped)
- ½ cup 2die4 Activated Walnuts (chopped)
- ½ cup pumpkin seeds
- ½ cup sunflower seeds
- ¼ cup shredded coconut
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp flaxseeds
- 2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
- 3 tbsp maple syrup or raw honey
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp sea salt
Method
- Preheat oven to 150°C.
- In a large bowl, mix the activated nuts, seeds, shredded coconut, chia seeds, and flaxseeds.
- In a small saucepan, warm the coconut oil, maple syrup (or honey), cinnamon, and sea salt until combined.
- Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Spread evenly on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally until golden brown.
- Let cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
