A high-protein, clean eating snack to keep you energised throughout the day!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup 2die4 Activated Walnuts
- ½ cup 2die4 Activated Almonds
- 10 medjool dates (pitted)
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- ¼ cup dark chocolate chips (85% cacao or higher)
Method:
- In a food processor, blend the activated nuts until they form a coarse meal.
- Add dates, cacao powder, coconut oil, vanilla, cinnamon, and sea salt. Blend until a sticky dough forms.
- Stir in dark chocolate chips.
- Roll into bite-sized balls and place on a lined tray.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week
