Activated Nut & Dark Chocolate Energy Bites

A high-protein, clean eating snack to keep you energised throughout the day!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup 2die4 Activated Walnuts 
  • ½ cup 2die4 Activated Almonds 
  • 10 medjool dates (pitted) 
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder 
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (melted) 
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 
  • ½ tsp cinnamon 
  • ¼ tsp sea salt 
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips (85% cacao or higher) 

Method:

  1. In a food processor, blend the activated nuts until they form a coarse meal.
  2. Add dates, cacao powder, coconut oil, vanilla, cinnamon, and sea salt. Blend until a sticky dough forms.
  3. Stir in dark chocolate chips.
  4. Roll into bite-sized balls and place on a lined tray.
  5. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
  6. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week
