Spiked Protein Zoats
1/3 cup rolled oats
1 tsp cacao powder - optional
1/2 tsp cinnamon - optional
1 tsp chia seeds
1/2 zucchini, grated
1 cup milk/plant mylk or water
1 pinch of salt - optional
Add all of the above to a saucepan and bring to the boil, after five minutes, add the below.
1/2 cup frozen berries of choice (Raspberries work well)
1 serve plant based protein powder of choice (whey doesn't work well when heated), vanilla, plain or chocolate work well
1 serve collagen powder
Mix well to combine while on the heat. Pour into a bowl and add some fun additions! I often go with the below.
Sprinkle of 2Die4's muesli (whatever one I have at the time)
1 - 2 tsp peanut butter
Drizzle of kefir yogurt or normal yogurt
Fresh berries
