Super Greens Smoothie Bowl

We all love a good smoothie bowl recipe ... and this one is super! Kelly Alexander is a queen when it comes to smoothie bowls.  She loves to include them in her retreat menus and they are always packed with  healthy ingredients.  This one is full fresh fruits, vegetables and superfoods ... then topped with 2die4 Live Foods activated nuts and seeds. Amazing!! 


Green Smoothie Bowl



  • 1 large frozen banana
  • 1 kiwi fruit
  • ½ a small ripe avocado
  • ¼ cucumber
  • ¼ zucchini
  • 2-3 slices fresh ginger
  • 1 cup fresh leafy greens (spinach, lettuce, silverbeet, collard greens)
  • 1 teaspoon maca powder
  • 1 teaspoon mesquite powder
  • 1 teaspoon organic hemp seeds
  • ½ teaspoon spirulina
  • ¾ cup - 1 cup coconut milk



Place all ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth and creamy. 

Top with your favourite activated nuts, seeds and dried fruits.  We recommend any of these for tasty toppings:
