Coconut Hazelnut Banana Granola

There is nothing quite like the smell of this wafting from the kitchen on a Saturday morning. The combo of cacao, banana chips and toasted coconut is 2die4 delicious. 2 Cups 2die4 Organic Stabilised Oats

1 Cup 2die4 Organic Activated Hazelnuts, Roughly chopped

1 Cup 2die4 Organic Coconut Flakes

1/4 Cup 2die4 Organic Coconut Oil, melted

1/4 Cup 2die4 Organic Raw Honey

1/2 Cup 2die4 Organic Cacao Powder

1/4 Cup 2die4 Organic Cacao Nibs

1 Cup Organic Dried Banana Chips, roughly crushed or chopped

Pinch of Salt


  1. Preheat over to 160 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Place the oats, hazelnuts, coconut flakes, pinch of salt in a large bowl and give them a good stir.
  3. In a seperate small bowl combine the melted coconut oil, cacao powder and honey until combined. 
  4. Add the liquid to the large bowl and toss until well coated. Spread the mixture evenly over the prepared tray. 
  5. Bake for 15-20mins, or until golden. 
  6. Set aside and allow to cool for 5-10 minutes. The granola will firm upon cooling. Add the banana chips and cacao nibs and combine. 
  7. Serve with coconut yoghurt and banana pennies, or as a smoothie topper.
  8. Enjoy!
