Papaya Boat Recipe

Eating fruit in season is great for your health.  The nutrients and essential vitamins are readily available and you cannot beat the taste.  Papayas are a tropical fruit, full of vitamins that can help reduce inflammation and improve digestion.  Our ambassador Kelly Alexander shares her love of papayas with her Papaya Boat recipe below.

Papaya

 

INGREDIENTS

- Half a ripe papaya

- 4 tablespoons of coconut yogurt

- ¼ cup blueberries

 

TOPPINGS

You can top your papaya with so many delicious things.  With so many things available from 2die4 Live Foods we recommend the following:

- Coconut flakes

- Chia seeds

- cacao nibs

- Dried fruit

 

METHOD

Slice the papaya in half and scoop out the seeds

Fill the papaya with the yogurt mixture then top generously with toppings

Enjoy!
